Meet Robert

In a 20-year military career, my assignments included legal administration, Training and Education Services Officer, operational missions aboard ship, and healthcare management.

My 20-year career in State government included assignments in diverse programs ranging from budget management for the Department of Water Resources and the Department of Social Services, Information Technology Project Management for State Controller’s Office, Social Services Department financial management, and Public Health Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention operations management.
